Day 1: Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary & Shoebill Adventure
Morning: Departure from Kampala or Entebbe
You’ll be picked up early from your hotel in Kampala or Entebbe and driven to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary , located about 2 hours away. As you travel, enjoy a light breakfast and learn about the conservation efforts protecting Uganda’s rhino population.
Mid-Morning: Walking Rhino Tracking
Arrive at the sanctuary and begin your guided walking safari with experienced rangers. Follow fresh tracks and signs as you venture into the bush in search of the southern white rhinos.
